Plywood
Plywood is an economical, all-round material for lining vans, providing long lasting, high impact resistance and resale value. It comes in a variety of thicknesses. 5.5mm is ideal for side and door protection, as it is flexible enough to sit close to the curvature of the side and door walls. 9mm, 12mm and 18mm work perfectly for protecting the floor and wheel arches and are practical thicknesses for building shelving. Con-Pearl®
Lightweight and stable Con-Pearl® boards are used as van liners and van flooring. The lightweight boards consist of three polypropylene layers connected by thermal lamination, which is done completely without adhesives. With coextrusion and coating & covering technologies, different kinds of materials such as pp mesh can be added to Con-Pearl®. Learn more about Con-Pearl® lightweight boards.
Aluminum Chequer plate
Aluminum Chequer plate is extremely durable and ideal for protecting floors, sides, doors and wheel arches. On top of its durability it is cosmetically impressive and stylish. Due to its strength and attractiveness it is the perfect material to add resale value to your vehicle.
Con-Pearl®
The specific rough structure of Con-Pearl® van liners protects side panels and doors perfectly against contamination, scratches and damages. It gives a high quality appearance. There is about 65% weight reduction compared to wooden alternatives, thus maximizing fuel efficiency. The material is highly flexible and therefore almost unbreakable. Polystar
A lightweight plywood that is coated on one side with a grey polyester membrane and is available in 4mm thickness. It is ideal for protecting vehicle sides and doors. It can be wiped clean and has an attractive bright quality appearance.
Polypropylene
Polypropylene is available in 2mm and 3mm thicknesses. It is an excellent option, when needing water resistant protection to sides and doors. As well as being long lasting and impact resistant, it is lightweight, reducing the negative effect on vehicle load capacity. Other advantages include rot resistance, 100 % recyclable and it is highly flexible, enabling a meticulous fit to the vehicle side and door walls. The material is attractive and crisp, and can be wiped clean.
Wisa-Wire (Standard duty surface wear rate)
Wisa-Wire is a long lasting, high impact resistant, plywood core board ideally suited for vehicle floor and wheel arch protection. It is available in 9mm or 12mm thicknesses. It offers the same protection to the vehicle floor as plywood but has the additional benefit of an attractive grey or brown slip-resistant phenolic surface, with a mesh pattern.
Wisa - Hexa Grip (Medium duty surface wear rate)
Wisa-Hexa Grip is a long lasting, high impact resistant, plywood core board ideally suited for vehicle floor and wheel arch protection. It is available in 9mm or 12mm thicknesses. It offers the same protection to the vehicle floor as plywood but has the additional benefit of an attractive grey or brown slip-resistant phenolic surface, with a raised hexagonal pattern.
Crown (Medium duty surface wear rate)
Crown is a long lasting, high impact resistant, plywood core board ideally suited for vehicle floor and wheel arch protection. It is available in 9mm or 12mm thicknesses. It offers the same protection to the vehicle floor as plywood but has the additional benefit of an attractive grey or brown slip-resistant phenolic surface, with a raised circular pattern.
Allround
This is the “all-rounder” among the Con-Pearl® van floorings. It is very stable, has a slip resistant TPO-surface and can therefore be used for many applications. “Allround” is safe, long-lasting and can be cleaned easily. Strong
The Con-Pearl® van flooring “Strong” is very robust and durable. It can be used for high and different loads. The surface material is thermic, solidified PP mesh. Safestep
“Safestep” is the ideal choice when anti-slip properties are required. The TPO-surface makes the flooring suitable for high-frequency use and difficult conditions. Moreover, the van flooring is light and stable for efficient transports. You save about 50% of weight compared to wooden floors with Con-Pearl® van floorings.
