Amada UK Service Vehicle

After upgrading one of Amada UK's service vehicles, we were delighted to upgrade a second vehicle for them. Amada UK is a world-leading manufacturer of sheet metal fabrication machinery. Their field service engineers operate across the country, attending customer sites to install, service, and repair sheet metal processing equipment. Having the right tools in the right place is essential to delivering a first-class service.

We installed our premium beech-core phenolic flooring, alongside bott vario3 racking with:
•       bott boxes sliding shelves for modular component storage
•       bott vario3 worktop with 125mm vice and turntable providing a mobile workshop built into the van
•       Hinged lockable unit for secure storage
•       5 bott Systainer3 units for stackable, interchangeable tool case storage
•       bott vario3 Eurobox shelves for standardised container storage
•       Shelves with drop-fronts, dividers and anti-slip mats throughout

The completed conversion gives Amada UK's service engineers a professional, highly organised mobile workshop. Every component has a designated place, reducing time spent searching for tools and increasing efficiency on customer sites. The load restraint system ensures safe transit in compliance with relevant regulations, while the worktop and vice turn the van into a capable working environment wherever the engineer is deployed.
