What are your fleet solutions?

We offer a wide range of fleet solutions, from simple lining kits to full, bespoke vehicle conversions. To see our full fleet offering, please see our fleet page. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, contact our team and we can advise and find a solution to suit your needs.

What is your standard turnaround?

This depends entirely on the order. For lining kits, we aim for 48 hours from order to delivery. But for more complex work, we inevitably take longer. However, if you have an urgent deadline, we will do our utmost to work with you and meet your deadline.

Can I collect from our premises?

Yes, you can collect from our premises in Craven Arms, Shropshire.

How can you apply for a credit account?

To apply for a credit account, you can email sales@cvl-group.com. We would then send you an account application form.

What is your warranty?

Our standard warranty is 12 months back-to-base, but for full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

How can i order?

Products

Have you got products for my vehicle?

If you can’t find your van on our website, please contact our team via our enquiry form, call 01588 672813 or email sales@cvl-group.com and we’ll be happy to advise you. Whilst our website covers most models, we also cater for vehicles that aren’t on the website.

Where can i find dimensions for your products?

You can find the dimensions for shelving products within each product description.

Can i transfer my racking to another vehicle?

Yes, it is often possible to transfer our racking into another vehicle of the same make and model. However, it is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to ensure that the vehicle is made roadworthy.

Bespoke

Can you create bespoke designs for my van?

Absolutely, this is something we specialise in at CVL. We use the latest design software and manufacture all of our products in-house which gives us the freedom to create something entirely bespoke, built around your needs.

What if I’m not sure what I want?

We encourage you to come and see us with your equipment and our team can talk you through the options and design something tailored to your specific requirements.

How can I get a quote on a bespoke job?

We can give you an idea of price, but the final quote is dependent upon the approval of final designs.

Can I see visuals of my bespoke layout?

Yes, we provide designs for approval before we begin manufacturing. This means you can see exactly what you’re getting before giving us the nod to get going.

Ordering

How do I place an order?

You can place an order through our website, or alternatively, contact us and we can place an order through one of our team.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept card payments and Klarna on our website, and BACs for bespoke orders or orders placed through email.

Do you offer any financing options?

We do not offer financing ourselves, but payment option Klarna may provide financing options to customers who qualify. Please note that financing options are subject to approval by the financing provider and their terms and conditions apply.

Do you require full payment up front?

Yes, we do.

Can I get a refund on a cancelled order?

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. Bespoke items may have a charge if we have begun production.

Shipping & Delivery

Can I collect from you?

Yes, most products are available for collection from our premises in Craven Arms, Shropshire. Select the “collect” option at checkout and we will arrange a collection time. Please note, our lead times on manufacture still apply to collection and our workshop hours are 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday, but we will do our best to accommodate outside of these hours too.

How long until my order is ready?

We generally allow up to 5 working days to manufacture and allow 3-5 working days for shipping.

Will my order come flat pack or pre-built?

Your order will arrive flat pack.

Can i arrange my own courier?

We are happy for you to arrange your own courier and will prepare your order for the arranged time. Please note that any damages or losses that occur during transit arranged by the customer will not be covered by our warranty or returns policy.

Will I be able to pick a date for delivery?

We are not currently able to offer selection of date or time for delivery, but please let us know if the proposed date is not suitable and we will try and accommodate.

Installation & Fitting

Do you offer a fitting service?

Yes, we offer a fitting service at our site in Craven Arms, Shropshire.

Can I fit CVL racking with an existing lining kit in my van?

Yes, you can. However, our racking systems are designed to fit our lining kits, so a perfect fit cannot be guaranteed with a pre-existing or non-CVL lining kit.

How easy is it to assemble and fit myself?

Our lining kits and racking are designed with self-fitment in mind. We have an entire page dedicated to guiding you through the process, including videos (link to page). Our team is also on hand to help if you have a specific query.

Are fixings included?

Yes, all fixings you will need to install our products are included with your order.

What tools do I need to install my order?

Linings & shelving: electric drill, PZ2 screwdriver tip, sealer gun. Roof racks: socket set & torque bits. Load-lok: electric drill, PZ2 screwdriver tip. Roof vents: electric drill, holesaw, sealer gun, allen keys. First aid kit, eyewash station, fire extinguisher: electric drill, PZ2 screwdriver tip, tape measure. Van tool storage vaults: electric drill, drill bits, socket set, spanner set.

How can I ensure that everything is fitted correctly?

If you follow our installation guides and ensure that all critical fixing points are secure, your racking should be good-to-go. If you are unsure, don’t hesitate to get in contact with us. Please also note that it is your responsibility to check your new payload when your CVL lining or racking has been installed, and ensure your vehicle is roadworthy.
