Linings

Protect your vehicle's interior with our lining kits, designed to prevent everyday wear and tear, as well as load damage. We manufacture all our lining kits in-house, offering plywood and lightweight plastic options. Our advanced manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce over 400 lining kits each day, enabling us to accommodate high-volume orders with industry-leading turnaround times of 48-hours from order to delivery for fleet orders. 

Plywood Lining: Trust the protection that’s proven itself, mile after mile

Our plywood kits offer a cost-effective solution without compromising on quality. 

We use exterior-grade E1 plywood, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish. 

As a regenerative resource, plywood provides a truly sustainable material for vehicle linings. All our plywood can be fully recycled after use and we only use FSC-approved plywood, meaning the forests we support are managed sustainably and with future generations in mind.  

Standard lining kits are produced with 5.5mm sides and door pads, with 9mm wheelboxes and floors. Kits are also available in 12mm and 18mm, but fitment of these thicker materials will be dependent upon suitability of application.

Eco Lining: The epitome of smart protection.

Upgrade to our industry-leading plastic kits. These kits are highly durable, thermally and acoustically insulated, chemical-resistant, waterproof, flame-retardant, anti-static, and anti-corrosive. They’re over 50% lighter than plywood, allowing for increased payload of up to 80kg or up to 3.5% extended range for electric vehicles. This saves over £300 each year in fuel costs. 

With a sleek, light grey finish, our plastic lining kits are built to protect and built to last.

These kits include 4mm sides and door pads, paired with 10mm floors. While plastic wheelboxes aren’t available yet, we offer matching grey phenolic wheel arches.
