Refund policy

Returns & Cancellations

We understand things don’t always go to plan. Here’s how we handle cancellations and returns:

Cancelling an Order

If you’ve ordered remotely (online, by email, or phone), you can cancel before your items are delivered.

Bespoke products can’t be cancelled once work has started.

Returning Goods

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your items on arrival.

If anything’s wrong, let us know within 2 working days with written details and clear photos of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed, we’ll offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.

We can’t accept returns if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The issue is due to misuse, wear and tear, or incorrect storage/installation.
  • The item was bespoke for you.
