The Design: CVL Premium Phenolic Floor

We installed our premium phenolic beech-core floor, engineered for heavy-duty fleet use.

It provides:

Durable bott vario3 Racking

The van features a bott vario3 4-tier shelving along the passenger side and bulkhead, creating a strong, modular storage solution.

An integrated worktop with folding vice transforms the vehicle into a practical mobile workshop without compromising load space.

1000W Inverter & Dual Battery System

The electrical upgrades include a 1000W inverter, auxiliary battery, charger, and battery guard.

This ensures reliable onboard power while protecting the vehicle’s starter battery, reducing the risk of downtime.
