Rail Support Fleet

The Brief 

We partnered with a national rail support company to upgrade their fleet with linings, flooring, storage, and a range of safety enhancements. The customer required durable metal racking and flexible storage solutions tailored to their operational needs.

The Design 

To protect the van interiors from impact and wear, we installed our EcoLiner, along with a hard-wearing, anti-slip phenolic floor. Prioritising storage, we fitted heavy-duty metal racking to maximise usable space for tools and equipment. An aluminium storage box was fabricated and installed at the front of the van, providing additional capacity for larger items.

To improve accessibility and safety, we added a CVL access step. On the electrical side, we fitted high-visibility work lamps, LED interior lighting, reverse alarms, reverse cameras, and a 200w inverter. To further support a safe and functional working environment, we included grab handles, a handwash unit, towel dispenser, first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and coat hooks.

The Result

The upgraded vehicles have now joined the client’s fleet and are already in service. We were proud to receive the following feedback:
