We aim to make delivery as smooth and straightforward as possible.

Deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. We’ll let you know when your order is ready and either arrange delivery to your specified address or collection from our Craven Arms site (CVL House, SY7 8BW). Some orders may arrive in separate instalments.

Delivery times are estimates. We’re not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control or by missing information from you.

For collections, the order will be available 3-5 working days after the order. We will email to confirm when collection is ready and customers must bring their order number upon collection. 

If you don’t collect or accept your goods within 3 working days of us letting you know they’re ready, we may charge storage fees. After 10 working days, we may resell the goods and refund you, minus any storage and handling costs.
